Help with Carnival Website

For some reason, it will not let me log on. I am trying to book another cruise and it pulls up my info, then tells me it does not recognize my past guest number. When I try to login, nothing happens - it just refreshes the page.

Anyone having a similar problem? Any suggestions? I prefer to do it online myself, rather than have to call Carnival. Thanks!

Has it previously recognized your past guest number?

Consider calling to book - the PVP/agent can see more than the ## of cabins that are lisrted as available for each "category" and you might well be able to get a better cabin/location - also the agent may be able to identify a better rate that you're not aware of. ken
