Can you get to Phu Bai from Hue?

We are considering an Azamara Quest voyage that stops in Hue for 11 hours. Can one hire a local taxi or bus to go to Phu Bai? Or do any shore excursions got to Phu Bai?

If you want to go to Phu Bai I assume you served in that area during the 60/70's as I can think of no other reason why anyone would want to go there.

 

Suggest you go to Trip Advisor Vietnam Forum and post you question there - someone will be able to give you up to date advice and just how to organise it.

 

It should not be a problem and very doable from Hue.
