St. Thomas or Barbados for day sail?

I am having a hard time deciding between a Catamaran sail in Barbados with Calabaza or a day sail with Rumbaba in St Thomas. They both seem to get very good reviews here on CC, we have been to St. Thomas many times and we have never been to Barbados. The other thing is we are of mixed ages 4 to 58 if that makes a difference. I would do both, but we will be spending around 700.00 either way, so we really need to pick one. If anyone here has done both or similar I would truly appreciate your opinion. I am kind of leaning toward Rumbaba, because it would only be our family where as Calabaza takes 12 so we would have other passengers with us, but that is not a deal breaker, just a thought. I think it would be great to see sea turtles and I know that is not guaranteed on either, but it would be nice. Any recommendations good or bad?
