What time do 7 mile beaches open?

We are cruising on the inspiration in December and arrive in GC at 8a.m. Can we go directly to the beach (i.e. royal palms or sea grape) are the facilities open that early?

We just stayed a bit down from Royal Palms and they had people there around 8am when the ships were in. GC really seems to plan things around when ships are in (shops in Georgetown have different hours, etc). So Royal Palms will be expecting people when your ship is in.

 

As the other poster said, the beach is public so you can whenever you want.
