Belize for Seniors?

Trying to figure out what to do in Belize.. Cave tubing not an option (Mom 76 - Dad 83). Would like to see some of the area outside the docks, possibly some shopping, and hopefully some beach time. But everything I read is Zip lines, cave tubing and snorkling.

 

Any recommendations?

and have booked the Lamanai Mayan ruins excursion from Island Marketing.It's $75 pp and includes lunch and bottled water. Another choice is to stay near the pier and refill your Rx meds at really low prices.

We did the city & country tour which was interesting. We booked at the pier when we got off of the tender.
