Cruising89143 Posted October 31, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 31, 2010 On both Oasis sailings we never went near the Solarium Bistro. What did the lunch buffet have in the way of offerings? I know that it is healthy food which is good.
green eyed lady Posted October 31, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 31, 2010 This was my favorite place for lunch once I discovered it :D They had a yummy salad bar and the hot food was things like fish, grilled chicken, brown rice. Can't remember what else but I loved it :)

Rare steamboats Posted November 1, 2010 #5 Share Posted November 1, 2010 Been there for lunch but preferred it for breakfast! They had much more fresh fruit there than in the Windjammer. And of course they have my favorite fresh Swiss Bircher Muesli. Liked it for lunch too but the Park Café and the roastbeef roll was more tempting :D! steamboats
LLindaC Posted November 1, 2010 #6 Share Posted November 1, 2010 I ate breakfast and lunch there every day! They always had gazpacho with additional toppings. They had a salad bar with other specialty items such as seafood salad. They also offered vegetarian items on the hot buffet which were delicious. It gets very crowded here and it's hard to find seats at times. However, you can check with the flat screen monitors anywhere on the ship to get an idea of how crowded it is at certain times.
