Need to catch 10:30 Ferry to Blue Lagoon, Bay Street Before or After???

I'm trying to get my timing down. We need to take the 10:30 ferry from Paradise Island to Blue Lagoon. I'm guessing we'll take the 2:00pm ferry back to the ship. We are scheduled to arrive in Nassau at 8:00am on Tuesday, Dec 14.

 

How much time should we allow to get to Paradise to make the 10:30 ferry?

 

Should we explore Bay Street shops before or after Blue Lagoon? I'm guessing if we take the 2pm return ferry, we'd have plenty of time to shop before embarkation.

Shops don't open until after 9/9:30,and you have to be at the ferry terminal 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled ferry.. 10am in your case.
