What is your favorite dinner entree?

Going on the Legend for New years! What is your favorite dinner entree? What is the one thing I MUST order? (besides the Baked Alaska :D)

One thing I will not be ordering is spam and pop tarts.:D

My favorite meal used to be the beef wellington---but they stopped serving it a couple of years ago!:( The filet mignon is a very close second, however.

 

I'll bet you can guess my choice for dessert!

 

No beef wellington? Say it isn't so! I'll just have to find a new favorite.

To be fair, don't you think that the chefs on Splendor know how to do some amazing things with Spam by now?

 

Spam-loaf might be the highlight of the carving station!

 

Cream of Spam might be better than the tortilla soup!

 

Warm spam melting .....um..... cake ...um... might be better than.......

My absolute favorite is the Cream Brulee. (not sure I spelled it correctly). I will be enjoying it on 11/14 on the Carnival Legend, yeah!!! I also love the prime rib and various other yummy items. This thread is making me very hungry and anxious to cruise. ;)

 

No Creme Brulee in the MDR on the Victory last week; I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

 

Pumpkin Soup is to die for.

The Flat-Iron Steak was perfect all week.

Baked Alaska is overrated.
