Turning Silk into a Qsine?

Sorry if this has been asked over and over, I'm still kind of a noob. And no, I don't have any inside information. I have heard unsubstantiated, second-hand rumors about it, though. I was wondering if anyone else knew anything helpful.

Silk seems to be the least utilized dining venue on Solstice, as well as receives the least favorable reviews, and obviously, has been abandoned altogether on the subsequent S-class ships after Equinox.

So, does anyone know if there is actual evidence that X is considering remodeling the Silk Harvest on Solstice or Equinox into a Qsine?

Just wonderin' :D
