Rare bsbcgirl Posted November 7, 2010 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2010 For our July Allure precruise stay I am trying to decide between these three hotels on (across the street) the beach: Hilton Beach, Westin Beach, Ritz Carleton. They are all very close in price for our date in July. We will not have a car. I am interested in location (walking to restaurants and water taxi), appearance of rooms and public spaces, pools, and anything else you can tell me. Thank you for your help. AF-1 Posted November 7, 2010 #2 Share Posted November 7, 2010 If you have ever stayed in a Ritz Carlton; the other two hotels can not compare; Ritz Carlton is known for knowing what their guests want and like and delivering on that; their rooms are impeccable; because they have a reputation to live up to. that being said Hilton Hotels always deliver on their promise to have nice rooms and treat guests well; and Westin hotels are an upscale version of their chain. My first choice would be the Ritz; but if location is what you're looking for then maybe the Westin
royalcruz Posted November 7, 2010 #3 Share Posted November 7, 2010 The Ritz Carlton is the most elegant of the 3 and is closest to restaurants and shops. They have a very nice and large pool deck area and a lovely indoor/outdoor wine/martini bar. The Hilton is the furthest. All 3 are nice.
