? Walking Distance from Amsterdam Manor to Butterfly Farm

Does anyone know if we could walk safely from the Amsterdam Manor Resort to the Butterfly Farm? What is the distance? It would be myself and 10 yo DD. Are there taxis available at the Butterfly Farm to return to the ship? Thanks

It is about 3/4 mile from the Amsterdam Manor to Butterfly Farm. There are spots where you will have to walk roadside. There are no sidewalks. Imo take the bus. It stops right in front of the Amsterdam Manor. Ask the driver to drop you off at the butterfly farm or Divi Phoenix. The butterfly farm is across the street from the Phoenix. I do not see why the staff at the farm could not call a taxi for you to go back to the ship.

The taxi fare would be $11. There would be an additional $3 charge on a Sunday or holiday.
