RC Visa Card Points, too late?

Hello , I forgot to call Bank of America for my Certificate for ON-board-credit.

Cruise is November 14 2010.

Is there any way to do this at this late date?

You can try calling BoA for the certificate & ask them to give you the number...then call C&A and give them the certificate #....they may or may not go ahead & credit you...if they won't then hopefully you have another cruise booked that you can use the certificate on before it expires in 6 months...Good Luck!

I believe it needs to be taken care of 5 days prior to sailing which is TODAY.

I agree with the first poster. I called BOA and they gave me a certificate number and then I called Royal and they posted the credit right away.

I think your time frame is pretty risky. If you move forward ,once you call in, make your copy to take with you and get express delivery. Of course it will cost more, but you are probably still ahead. Once on ship,take your copy to customer service to see if it has been applied.
