Just returned from IOS with 1 year old - any questions?

Just returned from sailing Independence of seas with 23mth year old -anyone got any questions I can help with? I know I had loads before I went.

What size room did you have and did you bring a pack-n-play or use their cribs? We are looking at Freedom for next fall and will have a 7 month old...

I am having my wedding onboard in April, and am worried about dining arrangements, as we have a group of 60+ we are eating together in the 2nd seating dining. Did you take your child with you to dinner?

 

Also is there any tips you have for us whilst we are onboard?

How was it? :D We loved Indy. I wish we could have her over here but I know she was built to be a ship in the UK. ;) Just glad to have gotten to have sailed her before she went over the pond. :D

Do you know if they had in-cabin babysitting available?

I just returned from LOS and had the 2ND seating and it was perfect. Our little guy fell asleep in the stroller and we able to eat in peace. (BTW our son never sleeps in the stroller at home!)

Yes, I'm following that other thread, but it doesn't seem like any recent cruisers are coming back to report on their experiences. I was hoping we could find out from the original poster here.
