Do I qualify for a price reduction?

I haven't been on the boards much recently, so I haven't kept up with the latest policies in regards to price, etc.

I just logged onto RCCL and noticed that the cabin category I booked now has a special residency rate that is $90 pp lower than what I paid. The cruise is only 37 days away, so I'm unsure as to if my TA could get it lowered or not. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

What is the original booking date? Before May 17th 2010, you are eligible for obc, after that date, you may upgrade to a higher category if the price is lower than what you paid, but no obc or refund.

Thanks for the reply. I booked it in October 2010, so I suppose I'm out of luck. Oh well, I got the cruise for a good price anyway. :)
