Hotel to airport transfers

Can anyone advise me what happens about the transfer from a hotel to the airport at the end of a cruise.

We have booked two nights in Singapore through Azamara at the end of our cruise and wondered what happen on the last day to get back to the airport.

Our flight is not until 10.30 at night and we would not like to spend all day at the airport waiting.

Can you specify a time to be picked up or, do they have a schedule they follow?

Any help would be very welcome.
