Westerdam Upsell Great?

Hi Everyone,

 

I did receive an upsell from C Catagory Outside Main Deck on the Westerdam to Deluxe Verandah Outside VB Catagory on Upper Verandah Deck for a total of $198. There is 2 adults and 2 tweens. I never had this happen to me and I cruised before but 1st time on HAL. My TA said it was a great deal. What do you think?
