TwoMateys Posted November 14, 2010 #1 Share Posted November 14, 2010 I have narrowed my choice in Baltimore to the Sleep Inn and Comfort Inn. They are beside each other, and offer the same amenities. Any opinions especially as it relates to cleanliness and the ease of use of the shuttle both before and after the cruise. Can you book the shuttle and what is the wait time after the cruise etc.
notl342 Posted November 14, 2010 #2 Share Posted November 14, 2010 check out the reviews on http://www.parksleepfly.com. There seems a lot of dissatisfaction with the return shuttle after debarkation. Looks like a taxi back to the hotel is required if you want a quick get-away. lcmdir Posted November 19, 2010 #3 Share Posted November 19, 2010 HOTEL: We stayed at the Sleep Inn before a 10/29/10 cruise. It was clean; room was good sized; folks were friendly; light morning breakfast was fine but sometimes crowded--grab coffee and just wait 5 minutes or so. SHUTTLE: Free to/from airport and cruiseport plus free parking; going to the cruiseport it was 1st come = a scramble/not fun; shuttle after cruise = by assigned numbers after phone call and much, much better!! (we recommended the hotel use the assigned number system both ways); Comfort Inn & Sleep Inn share 3 shuttles; a chat with passengers indicated that the two hotels were about the same. We will be staying at the Sleep Inn again before a January cruise (off season price less than $60). A good Chinese restaurant was recommended by the hotel (delivery; we used the breakfast space to eat). Best Wishes/Have Fun! Anna

Anna When you say there were three shuttles, are you referring to three vehicles or three departures? Was just wondering what time people started queueing up from the hotel and when the last shuttle leaves. Thanks!
