Jax port arrival time

I was wondering what the earliest time you could arrive to Jax port? There website says 11am but I've ready where people have arrive prior to that time.

When we cruised out of JaxPort we arrived around 11:30 and were on the ship in 30 minutes. You could arrive earlier but it is all dependent on when they are able to disembark everyone as to when embarkation begins.
