yellowsnow Posted November 18, 2010 #1 Share Posted November 18, 2010 When are they? I can't find any information on it and we may need to include it in our plans to have extra time to get ready. TheDarkOne Posted November 18, 2010 #2 Share Posted November 18, 2010 When are they? I can't find any information on it and we may need to include it in our plans to have extra time to get ready. (Going on the Western Itinerary on Dec 5th) They will most likely be the Second night and the Fifth night. That is how they always are on the cruises. TheDarkOne Posted November 19, 2010 #6 Share Posted November 19, 2010 Does anyone know which one for sure? It is the 2nd and 6th, sorry I miss counted.
gram2kids Posted November 19, 2010 #7 Share Posted November 19, 2010 YellowSnow, I just off the phone with two different reps from RCI regarding the formal nights. They both gave me the same answer, the first formal night is the second night out and the next will be determined by the top-chef...? Strange, that certainly is not very helpful for planning and booking other dining experiences while onboard. You would think by now they would know which nights are going to be formal. I will be on the Dec. 26th cruise and was told the second and sixth night but then again you are on a different itinerary and date. I'm sorry that I can't be more helpful to you. Have fun on your cruise and let us know how it went. :)
yellowsnow Posted November 19, 2010 Author #8 Share Posted November 19, 2010 I guess we'll plan for 2nd and 6th and hope it stays that way. Thanks!
TheDarkOne Posted November 20, 2010 #9 Share Posted November 20, 2010 As long as you know there are 2 formal nights, it's a cruise, go with it, hehehe
eldolko Posted November 23, 2010 #10 Share Posted November 23, 2010 So on the Western Itinerary the second night will be the one at sea, the night before arriving to Labadee?
yellowsnow Posted November 23, 2010 Author #11 Share Posted November 23, 2010 As long as you know there are 2 formal nights, it's a cruise, go with it, hehehe It doesn't make a difference to *me* but you know women, they like extra time to dress fancy and we have all activities kind of scheduled. gram2kids Posted November 23, 2010 #12 Share Posted November 23, 2010 Whoo..Yellowsnow, the women that you are referring to that need extra time to prepare and schedule for the formal nights are probably the same women that had to pack for their "doesn't matter to *me*" husbands. LOL. Have a great time on your cruise. :)
compman9 Posted November 28, 2010 #13 Share Posted November 28, 2010 The time my missus takes to get ready, I would say every night is formal night ;)
