Hotel in Nice

Been to Nice in the past just need a hotel for 1 night before the cruise.

Looking for something reasonable.

Anyone give me an idea of the cost of a cab from airport to Nice and then to Monte Carlo?

We get to Nice at 2:15 Pm Depending if we can get a van we could share if to decide to stay in Monte Carlo Is this your first cruise on seaboun if so I have a voucher worth 400.00 ship board credit.

We are arriving in Nice on the 5th and staying overnight then on to Monte Carlo on the morning of the 6th. La Perouse has excellent rates and was recommended as a beautiful property. Originally the ship was leaving out of Nice and changed Ports after we booked so we will have to travel over.

I heard its about E35 from Airport to Old City in Nice and that the fare from Nice to Monte Carlo is about E60 - E75. It seems like a number of people are staying in Nice on the 5th. Maybe a van makes more sense. Anyone staying at La Perouse?

For what it is worth..have you ever been to Monte Carlo???? If not..for get the dollars...you are at a distant point from your norm...go and enjoy..it is really special.

the hotel Beau Rivage near the flower market is not bad at all - certainly for a pre cruise night

a taxi from the airport to nice is some 25 eur

 

a taxi from nice to monte carlo is between 65 and 8O

Is very nice hotel. Near everything. Very good rates.

Why not fly over the Riviera traffic jams and take the helicopter from Monaco back to Nice airport?

We have sailed with SB so thank you but cannot use referral credit.We are sailing late spring just wanted ideas on hotels.

We have been to Monte Carlo but would stay there if someone has a suggestion of a hotel for one night.

We have always enjoyed the Hermitage..it is old and regal..and always refurbished. The location is wonderful for walking down to the famous casino...Hotel De Paris..and the Cafe de Paris..to say nothing of the wonderful designer shops to enjoy along the way. It is so classy..when you are in this part of the world..enjoy the ambiance. It simply makes an extension of the wonderful SB treatment. Lola ;)
