beer, water, soda & wine Princess

Princess has no policy against bringing water, soda, and wine onboard the ship. Technically they have a policy in place against bringing beer and hard liquor onboard but they very rarely enforce this. Putting the items in a bag and checking it through rather than carrying it on seems to increase the likelihood of avoiding the "naughty room" and having them confiscated but many people just put them right on the carry on scanner without a problem.

Thanks for the reply. I'm new to cruise critic, but have been a a few different cruise lines and they all seem to have different rules. Princess does not offer the kind of beer we drink and we are not really wine or hard liquor drinkers. Thanks again!

Can you bring either beer, water, soda or wine on board with you at embarkation? Thank you.

I don't expect that you will have any problems at FLL. We usually go to Total Wine and load up before cruising from there and simply place the beer and wine directly on the scanner belt and have never been questioned.

Have a great cruise!

Mike:)
