Steak House reservations on the Dream

Just wondering if there is a better time to dine there? We don't want to make reservations when it is formal night in the dining room so we will probably do it on Monday night - but just wondering if there is a better time? I don't want to miss any shows that night so what would you suggest?

Go on the FIRST night. In the past they did not predictably open on night 1 unless they received enough reservations. As the hostess told me recently, that is no longer the case. We went on the first night (and 3 other nights) and it was the least crowded of them all. Additionally, you won't miss any shows. I think they have just 1 welcome aboard show, and it is like 10 PM or something.

 

What you MAY encounter though, and this did not occur on the other nights, is a PA announcement around 8 PM shamelessly pitching bingo and the stores. That location, IMHO, is no place for that!
