How long to credit back OBR classified OBC?

I was on the Solstice 11/21 Eastern Caribbean sailing. At the end of the cruise I had burned through all but ~$130 of my $400 OBC. $200 of that was noted as OBR, $150 as OBN, and $50 as OBN. How long should it take Celebrity to refund the $130 back to my card on file? I haven't seen it show up yet.

You should have either received it in cash prior to disembarkation from Guest Relations or as a credit to your credit card that was used for your shipboard account within roughly two weeks. My TA has told me that if I have a small amount left, such as something less than $400, I should request cash on the spot prior to ending the cruise to ensure payment has been made. Amounts larger than that cannot be paid in cash because the ship doesn't keep that much cash onboard at any one time.
