Accessible snorkeling in Cabo

I am looking at booking a snorkeLing excursion in Cabo for my party. One of the members has a bad back and can't climb in and out of the zodiacs. Is there a tour anyone can recommend that has more of a staircase into the water? We saw this once but we don't know with which company.

I've never seen a snorkling tour that uses Zodiaks in Cabo? All of them use large catamarans that do have the stairs into the water. We like both Pez Gato and the Eco Cat.

Carnival has an Eco snorkel that uses Zodiacs. It was hell to get in and out of on our last trip down there and the ride in it was really rough.
