If you book early you can get the same cabin for both cruises and don't have to move cabins. You only have to unpack once. If you order duty free alcohol on the first cruise - it will be delivered to your cabin the night before the end of the first cruise and you can then have "legal" alcohol to drink in your cabin. Whilst everyone else is walking around lost on the first day of your second cruise - you'll know exactly where you are going. You will receive your new cruise card the on the full day of you first cruise. You can sit and watch everyone disembark and you get to stay on! :D We have a B2B planned for Oct 11 - can't wait.:)

Doesn't always happen that way, since they sometimes check to see if you're on a B2B. The best way, which doesn't always work either, is to buy your booze the last night of the first cruise, because then you just take it back to the cabin with you.

We haven't had any luck with ordering liquor and having it delivered the final night of the first sailing. The computers link the booking it seems now and unless there is an error on the computer, they normally hold it until the end of the second cruise. :(

We've always been given our duty free between legs...guess we're lucky. When booking, ask the rep to link the bookings! This will save you from filling out the cruise documents twice and make it much more likely you will stay in the same cabin for both cruises. In the past for us, if we didn't ask we ended up having to change rooms. I have also played the guarantee game with b/b cruises, choosing a lower cabin on the shorter cruise hoping to get upgraded on the lesser to stay in the same room and it has worked every time "Knock on wood"

What a good idea. Will do that on my upcoming b2b. Thanks, Pia! :p
