Not allowed new brochure!!

New cruise brochure online, you can book online, went to First Choice to get brochure, they got big pile, said I had to come back Monday!

 

Whats the point in that?

 

Working all week, can only go Saturdays, next Saturday is Christmas, won't be booking any holidays with them again.

I work for FC in a shop and I got told off for giving a customer one today. I've been on my holidays so didn't know we couldn't. I was just as excited to look through them like you lot - no one could give me a reason why we can't - doesn't make sense to me when they are all fully available to book online/instore !! We (whole company) hve a new brochure launch meeting this week for the new year - maybe that's why ? Enjoy your brochures when you get them - I love looking through them.

Oh for goodness sake! We went into Thomson Basingstoke yesterday, booked a cruise for next year and came away with two brochures, one for us and one for a friend!!
