steviek49 Posted December 18, 2010 #1 Share Posted December 18, 2010 Our dear friends are taking their first cruise on the Gem on 12/25. We went on ncl.com and purchased 2 gifts for them. We had to download an order form and then fax it back to them. However, after we faxed it it to them this morning we noticed that it stated on the fax form that all orders had to be faxed back to them no earlier than 2 weeks prior to the cruise. Their cruise is in one week. Any chance they will get the gifts? If not, does NCL inform us that it was too late or do we just have to wait and see? Thanks for any/all information. I didn't think to provide a bon voyage gift for a friend until the last minute, today, Jan 7, for a voyage departing Jan 11. Called the number, got a very nice and very helpful lady who made it happen. Much different experience than calling the main NCL number. They were nice, but couldn't do anything.
