Resolutions Dep't Email?

I really don't have time to be on hold and get transferred around but I need to reach someone in Resolutions so I was hoping that someone has an email address.

 

There was an issue with a package we prepurchased for our recent cruise and we were assured that the credit would be posted to our credit card within 7 days. It still has not appeared and of course the ship refused to give us any documentation of our discussion.

 

I still don't understand why it was such a problem to give us a printed form stating they were giving us a refund unless they were planning on making it a hassle. Where exactly is the harm if they told us the transaction had already been processed? Now we're just left with frustration over trying to get our money back.

On celebritycruises.com, click the Customer Support link towards the bottom of the page. On the next page, right hand side, under "Have a Post Cruise Question or Comment?" there is a link to email them. Don't expect an instant response, though. They say they'll get back to you within 48 hours.

 

How long has it been since you were expecting the credit to appear back on your account? Please be aware that there is a delay from the time a credit is posted and the time it takes to work its way backwards through the system to appear on your account. I work in retail, and this question comes up quite a bit-- a customer calls to say that a promised credit was never done, and I find it was posted a day or two earlier. My standard answer is it takes an average of three business days for a credit to appear back on the card. It depends on the card issuer, though. I've heard of credits that appeared within a couple of hours, and some that have taken as long as two weeks to show up.

It was supposed to have been applied days before we got off the ship on December 17 and it's still not posted.
