ICE information?

Hi everyone,

We are 4 days out from our first cruise and want to leave detailed information for our house/pet sitter and for our DD for how to contact us in case of an emergency. What phone number do you use for emergency contact? The one on the Fun Pass?

Shore-to-Ship Communication

Friends and family may call guests on board via Sea Mobile Shore-to-Ship telephone service. The rate is $9.50 per minute from the United States; additional long distance charges may apply from outside the United States.

1-877-CCLSHIP (1-877-225-7447) – from the U.S

1-732-335-3284 - from outside the U.S

The caller needs to have available the ship name and the guest's name. The charges will be applied to the caller's credit card: MasterCard; Visa; American Express; The Discover Card; Diner's Club.

For more information, contact the Sea Mobile Customer Service Desk. On the telephone menu, after the list of ship options, there will be an option for Customer Service.

When we used to cruise without our daughter, we had our SIL email us daily giving us those daily updates.

 

She would put our cabin number in the subject line, and it would show up in our stateroom mailbox, FREE.

 

The email address was the first two letters of the ship, + radio@carnival.com

 

Haven't needed to do it in a bunch of years, as now DD sails with us.
