Orlando Airport Question

Does anyone know how many hours ahead of your flight that you can check your bags at the Orlando airport? We have a 5:30 p.m. flight and am wondering if this is going to be a problem. Have reserved a day room at the Hyatt but didn't even think that we may not be able to check our bags early in the day.

Four hours before your scheduled flight time. I'm pretty sure you can leave them with Hyatt bell services if your room isn't ready.

Update - I just called American Airlines directly and in Orlando you can check your bags anytime the day of your flight. I even had her double check with a supervisor and Help Desk. She says it's in their system regarding baggage. If it had only been 4 hours, I would have changed my flights.

I just flew out of Orlando on Friday. We were not allowed to check our bags until 4 hours prior to our flight. We got to the airport about 10:15 and our flight was 4:30. We had to wait until 12:30 to check our bags. The airline people told us that it was airport policy, not the airline.
