I was wondering if they block Skype on board internet? Has anyone successfully used Skype ?

I tried it on the Celebrity Eclipse Eastern Caribbean over Thanksgiving. The site was blocked as it takes up too much bandwidth from their satellite Internet system. I have to assume that you will find the same situation. I ended up getting streaming radio feed for my game and that was choppy. The feed speed is not very strong.

Thanks... as you can see we just got off the Solstice... I was with Hubby but am going out on Oasis with my mom. We wanted to Skype w/ each other but hubby mentioned they may block it(he is in the computer field)

 

On to plan B...he is setting up Eye Ball chat...:D

I have no idea what it is....
