Carnival Tours Belize

Has anyone been able to get in touch with them lately? I read a couple posts last week that someone had booked but had not heard anything back from them. I've emailed them about a tour and also haven't heard back. When on their site tonight I noticed it says "Over the years we have operated directly for many cruise lines and we continue to do so in the Winter Season. This summer we have decided to make our services available to all cruise passengers visiting Belize...." So I'm guessing they are now back at running tours for the cruise lines and aren't doing it publicly? Uggghh, very disappointing since I finally found a tour that my family would enjoy and I can't find a similar one offered through any other tour company!
