Cruise insurance for med cruise this summer

I'm in the UK and wondered if any other people in the UK had a good company to recommend for cruise travel insurance? Seems like a lot of people just get travel insurance but clearly a cruise travel insurance market exists and I'm unsure of which I need (first time cruising). In case it matters, I have some health problems and my Daughter is disabled (mildly) so we definitely need to have something more substantial than our E111's.

I wish I could answer for you, but UK insurance is so much different than what is available to the US. Try asking on the insurance forum? Folks there may have more specialized knowledge.

I don't know anything about UK insurance so cannot help with that other than to mention whatever insurance you choose should include adequate medical evacuation coverage. It can be hugely expensive to be taken off a ship while at sea in the case of serious illness or injury.
