Since we pay for the soda package, and all our excursions before we travel our Sea Pass card for three usually totals around 600 dollars.

Ship souveniers,

daughters game tokens.

And gratuities.

We are not big drinkers, and usually have a drink in the conceirnage club before dinner.

Safe travels.

Deaar Newbie.

Welcome aboard.

Your Sea Pass is your cabin Key as well as your ID, and is used on board for all purchases. No cash transactions occur.

It is easy to run up the total on it, just like a charge card. So check your TV in the room daily so you know how much damage is done. Also to monitor the account so no mistakes are made.

Safe travels.

Games in the casino can, and should, be done in cash.

If a waiter hands/offers you a drink, ask if it is free. 98% it is not and will go on your sea pass card as a charge. This includes OJ as you walk into the WJ for breakfast.

We spent over $600 this time (for 3 of us). That included a VERY expensive spa trip by my daughter as she was unable to attend a shore excursion with us. It did NOT include our wine package (because we preordered and prepaid). Also not included was a single thing we did in port as I plan all of that on my own AND I pay tips in cash....

So what the heck did we spend $$$$ on???? Casino, internet, bandaids, BINGO, other drinks besides the 10 (yes 10) bottles of wine we drank. BUT we had a GREAT time. :D

Last cruise in May we spent about 2800.00 for a 10 day cruise. But we did have our whole family (2 daughters, husbands and kids). They had their own accounts but drinks at the pool are a killer. Also, we had 1200. in cruise credit (holly molly). We will not spend like that this cruise. It will be just the 2 of us and I will skip the jewlery stores, lol.;)

the most we have ever spent was $1500 (which included the casino as DH was to involved to go get cash from the safe). First cruise 20 years ago we didn't understand sea pass expenses (but learned real quick and cut out the little stuff). Now no more spa, no more trinkets (can be bought in any of the endless stores on the islands), no more going crazy with bringing home "alittle something for everyone", no more Bingo (I would never play at home and it is really expensive). We still gamble, drink moderately, and enjoy ourselves, just don't rack up all the stuff I can and do at home. One thing we always do is PAY OFF THE SEA PASS LAST NIGHT OF CRUISE. Who wants to come home to more bills?

7 days

wine - I buy for the table and prefer a table for 10

excursions, if there is SCUBA spousal unit and I are there

soda pkg for mrs & a couple of beers during the day, an umbrella drink for Mrs and a shooter or two in the evening plus a fancy coffee after dinner and maybe a Port

$2000 average for two of us on a seven day, plus tips.
