I enjoyed the reference to Micky Arison's business acumen.

 

In his opening statement, Fowler expressed surprise as to why Rolls Royce would allow this matter to go to trial

 

Because at trial Rolls had to pay $24m vs the $100m Carnival were asking for?

Regarding the pod gremlins in the QM2's pods, I hope that the QM2 will still be able to have at least 3 1/2 decades of service life left in that ship.Is there anyone here that thinks otherwise? Regards,Jerry

 

No. The pods are a heck of a lot easier to replace....
