Has anyone used Island Marketing to book an excursion? Was it has promised?

We used them several times in St. Marten and they were wonderful. However, we have not used them in Cozumel.:p

We used them for our Xrail excursion in Cozumel back in July. I highly recommend them, no problems at all!

My DH and I used them 2 years ago when we went to Nachi Cocum in Cozumel and had no problems.

 

Since Nachi now accepts reservations, we booked directly through Nachi for our visit this coming July.

Yes, we have used them the past several years in Cozumel and Costa Maya with no problems at all.

I have used them several times in Cozumel and recently in Roatan. No problems. I will use them again.

We used them in Dec and had no problem. From one thread they recommended using them instead of direct. They said they had a problem booking directly with Nachi Cocum but not with Island Marketing, so we used I M with no problems.

Have used them once for a fishing charater in Cozumel and are using them twice on our upcoming cruise for Nachi Cocum and a tour of Altun Ha in Belize. Would be happy to let you know how those went when we get back.

 

They were very prompt at changing our booking when Carnival ended up swapping two of our ports around. Customer service so far (and in the past) has been fast and helpful.
