Belize - What should we definately do while there?

cavetubing dotcom also does good tours and they have one that is a combo cave-tube zipline.

If you're in dire need for a beach day, then Bannister Island is your best bet. For a bit of culture/history try a tour to Altun Ha or Tunantunich Mayan ruins. The later is a long excursion and best booked through Carnival. But unlike Mexico, you can climb around on the ruins. You can do an Altun ha tour in conjunction with a river boat trip down the river Wallace and see a lot of wildlife.

Going on NCL Spirit in July w 6- & 7-year olds. First time for all of us to Belize. Know the boys would enjoy an adventurous cave, but according to NCL and other website excursion operators, they're too young. What about a tour to the Crystal City Jaguar Cave? Anyone been there? Recommended?
