Salmon Bake -- Anchorage

Good afternoon. I have read about Salmon Bakes on the board and wondering just what it is. I know there is a restaurant at Denali named Salmon Bake but I'm thinking folks are referring to something else. Folks have even talked about good Salmon Bakes. We'll be in Anchorage for two nights and this might be something fun to do. Do you know of any in Anchorage? Thanks so much!
