You can book the rest of your party online for the time slot before your cruise, and then add the under 13 once you get onboard (website will not let you add under 13 online). Yeah . . . That doesn't work unless you book the child on the cruise with a false birth date. They don't ask for your age with the online booking, because your date of birth is already recorded in your profile. I think booking onboard would be less hassle than booking the cruise with false information, just so you can make a specialty dining res., then getting the booking info changed later.
