Multiple portions in specialty restaurants

First time on NCL, and I was wondering if you can request 2 appetizers etc. in the Specialty Restaurants, as you can in the MDR. Also, What are your top picks of Specialty Restaurants, we will be on the Gem.

Yes, multiple everything except entrees. Some CCers have even reported being able to get more than one entree but I wouldn't expect that. You're probably most likely to receive multiple entrees in the Asian fusion restaurant, which was very good.
