sas transport - anyone hearing from them?

I have put in two requests for quote online now with no repsonses.

We are flying into FLL and staying in holywood FL one night and departing from POM.

I can't seem to even find out if they servcie the hotel we are staying at.

 

anyone else having issues contacting them via thier website?

Are you wanting to use their services in the very near future? If not, they may not respond to you right away. First time I contacted them was months before my travelling date. No response. I contacted them again about 3 - 4 weeks away from my travelling date and got an immediate response.

I asked for a quote a few weeks ago and never recieved an email back either. I am not going to september.

I used a hotmail account so the filter should not be an issue. I travel on the 24th of this month - maybe i'll try our home account instead

I always call them to confirm, even if I use their website. I would try calling them by phone. We have been very happy with SAS Transportation.
