Juneau helicopter or float planes????

:confused: Hi Everyone! Need some help again! My husband and father are looking at either the float plane or the helicopter tours in Juneau- Please let me know your experiences so we can decide.

Last June my family and I did the helicopter tour to the dog sled camp up on one of the glaciers. Very well run tour, excellent helicopter ride over several glaciers with one-on-one commentary from the pilot.

 

Didn't try the float plane ever, so I can't compare.

I have been on both, by far my preference is a glacier helicoptor landing. :)

We loved the Glacier Trekking and are doing it again in August with the kids! This tour was the coolest thing I have ever done, next would be the Canopy tour through the jungle in Puerto Vallarta. What a blast!
