Monarch Spa Fees?

Are there fees for spa access? Just hot tub, sauna, fittness room, not the massage and facial stuff. I know there is a fee for that.

 

Also is it open 1st day. Short cruise w/ no sea days, so I wanted to try to get in some spa time.

No fees for any of that although there will be fees for some of the fitness classes. I don't remember a hot tub in the spa - you'll find those out on the pool deck.
