Beach with amentities

Belize is not a island so no beaches near the port. You will have to book a beach tour through the cruiseline or look on this board for a local tour. It is going to require 1 or 2 boat rides to get to a small island to enjoy a beach.

And you don't dock, you take a tender in from an anchorage about 3-5 miles out from Belize City.

Look up excursions to Bannister Island and Goff's Caye or Caye Caulker on these threads for pictures and costs. However, none of these have "amenities" like you might find at an AI in Cancun or Cozumel. And these islands/cayes are very small.

We are going to a beach only with fab tours. It has beach chairs and a restaurant/bar. We just want a laid back day to relax. Google them and email them. Tell them you want a custom tour of just going to a beach.
