Cash on a SeaPass card

Does anyone know what the cash minimum is for a 4 night cruise on the SeaPass cards? I was originally going to link mine to my debit card but decided to just use cash instead so I know what my limits on spending are.

 

Also, does RC do it like Carnival where they activate your card with a limited spending limit when you board, and you have 24 hours to put your cash down?
