Grand Suite and Concierge

With the new system I am unable to find out if I have a Grand Suite can I use the concierge even if I am not a diamond member?

Yes. You will be able to use the Concierge. It's for Suite guests plus Diamond Plus and Pinnacle members.

Suite benefits and Crown and Anchor benefits are separate things. One has nothing to do with the other (besides the fact that a GS earns double C&A points), so suite benefits wouldn't be addressed in the C&A benefits policy. Look elsewhere on the site for "suite benefits" to get a full list of benefits that go with booking a GS or higher. Hope that helps!
