E-Docs say "pending" when I have already printed them.

I have already printed my e-docs after logging in to My NCL, they were ready and I have completed the online check-in process. Now when I check back, it says my docs are pending. Should I be concerned that changes are being made to my booking? Thanks for any insight!

I believe I would check on your reservation every few days or call NCL or TA to see what is happening.

NCL and Edocs are bad about frequently screwing up. Several times after printing, I would then get another message saying they are now ready and I should print them. i would check and nothing had changed. give it a little time and see if it settles down.

How soon before your cruise are you supposed to print those out?

You usually get an email when they are ready, and you can print them whenever you want after that. If you print them early and NCL makes changes, you will find out at the port, or you can check again just before you leave home.

I had the same thing happen to me, but I think it was because I switched to a GTY cabin.

I had the same thing happen to me, but I think it was because I switched to a GTY cabin...and now it still says "pending" even though it also has a cabin assigned....kind of odd.
