JessicaO Posted March 1, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 1, 2005 has anyone used them for tours? We are just wanting to go to a beach in Belize and they seem like the cheapest tour to just take us to a beach. What is your experience?
kendon Posted March 9, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2005 We used them 2 weeks ago and thought they were wonderful. The price was right, and safety was a priority with them. Our family of four with two teenage boys booked our tour with them after we got to the pier (you can't miss them, they find you. They left some of us at a very nice beach, while took others to a place to snorkel. The boat came back for us at the beach and went back to the pier. It took about 30 minutes to get to the beach and it was a nice ride.

cruzn buckeye Posted March 11, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 11, 2005 I have emailed Belizerays and Coral Sands resort and have received no response. This was a week ago. How long did it take for them to respond to you?

tinsel57 Posted March 13, 2005 #7 Share Posted March 13, 2005 My daughter and her roomates just booked a snorkel outing with Belize Rays. This is her first cruise and she's a bit nervous. Can you tell me how to get to them ... If the tender drops you off at the little village dockside, where do you go?? How long does it take to get to them.. we wouldn't want to miss the trip! tinsel57 Posted March 14, 2005 #9 Share Posted March 14, 2005 I have already seen the map. I was in Belize this past fall and the map is not clear at all to me. I just can't remember where that is. Can someone be a little more specific with me, is it inside the gated area??
SunnySeas06 Posted March 14, 2005 #10 Share Posted March 14, 2005 I believe the tender drops you off at Terminal 4. Just walk along the pier. There are signs that list Terminals 1-4 and are all inside the gated area. There are some inside stores similar to a little mall, and some outside vendors. The area between 2 & 3 is outside and the office is located next to some of the shops. You may have a little wait while they get enough people signed up. We spent this time browsing the shops. kendon Posted March 15, 2005 #11 Share Posted March 15, 2005 They are in the gated area in a little hut between stalls in the outside market area. But don't worry, they find you! If they don't, just ask and anyone will direct you.
Vale Posted April 4, 2005 #12 Share Posted April 4, 2005 Do you know what the name of the beach was that they dropped you off on?? Was it Caye Caulker?? We would like to do something in Belize and this sounded interesting altho don't know if we would go snorkeling. In late 60's. Thank you!

AngieS Posted April 5, 2005 #14 Share Posted April 5, 2005 Can highly recommend Coral Breeze for a snorkeling tour. We did it week of 3/19 and loved it. Well worth the money!
