Open Air Taxi to Mountaintop?

We were recently on a Celebrity cruise to St. Thomas and just took a cab to town and moseyed around a bit. DH is not a beach person so we didn't bother checking out any beaches. We are soon heading back to St. Thomas and I see people on this board getting excited that Mountain Top is open again. Someone suggested that the open air taxi is a fun way to get there. Where do we pick up one of these open air taxis and what would the cost be? Thanks in advance!

The Mountain Top re-opened about Wednesday last week and the view is spectacular. You can get a tour bus anywhere downtown....they will be pestering you.

The open air taxis will be available right as you exit the pier. The last time that we did it I think it was around $15.00 per person.
