The past two cruises that I did on Odyssey from Port Everglades the luggage was waiting for me when the cabins opened up. That was so nice.

Honestly, if you have to fly anyway, I'd just fly to Florida. The itineraries are so much better and you don't have the cold weather issue.

I agree with you about the newest ships. We sailed Serenade and it was enjoyable but it was also a very port intensive cruise. Though I don't need a lot of bells and whistles, I do enjoy ships with Royal Promenades and Esplanades. To my surprise, Q class is becoming very close to my favorite class to be on. There is enough to do but more relaxing than O class.

I think it is interesting that for many of us that love cruising it has its place. Home also has its place and it isn't a bad place to be. -
I'll be interested to know how it is for you being back on an F class ship. It has been awhile since I've sailed anything besides O and Q class. I have Freedom booked for March. I am not sure if I posted the above earlier in the thread or not.

I look forward to getting home also. For me the tags mean I have to pack soon which is a bit annoying. Also, since the time that my flight home was cancelled I'm always a bit on edge during that travel day until I'm up in the air.

How much of an expense can it be to run a shuttle from the port across that channel? Tender ports have a much longer distance to cover and the ships run tenders all day long.

Was the noise coming from CP or the decks up above? If CP was loud at night then that truly must be a party ship. -

Loud background music and I don't get along. Either be the focus of my attention or don't interfere with my conversations. I intensely dislike having to strain to talk to and hear the people I'm interacting with.

I HATE those chairs with the short non- adjustable backs. They have made my balconies on Allure very disappointing and close to unusable. Now, I could deal with them if I also had loungers like you have but I didn't.
